About this event
A coup for us on the 'Wild Atlantic West of Ireland Jazz Trail', we are very lucky to welcome one of today’s jazz greats, US saxophonist Vincent Herring, who has worked with giants such as Dizzy Gillespie, Art Blakey, Lionel Hampton, Horace Silver and Freddie Hubbard.
He plays Westport Jazz in a high-energy trio led by rising star NYC guitarist Benno Marmur with UK bassist James Owston and tour curated by MOBO nominated and long-standing WJ friend, David Lyttle on drums.
Advanced booking recommended.
