Ray McLoughlin Organ Quartet

About this event

We’re delighted to welcome another organist to take the stage at Scott’s Jazz Club, and this time it’s Ray McLoughlin, bringing a band from across Ireland! Ray McLoughlin is a session musician, producer and arranger who has toured and recorded an array of top artists for over 30 years.

Ray is due to release his debut Jazz Organ album in June, and his live show will feature many of his original compositions from that album. With influences including Joey de Francesco, Jimmy McGriff and Jimmy Smith, the show is high energy and eclectic, while showcasing the talents of all the musicians on stage.

Ray is joined by the team of session musicians from the forthcoming album; Drums: Robbie Casserly, Bass: James Blennerhassett, Saxophone: John Byrne.
