About this event
Coming up this week at The Dublin Jazz Co-op...
Take your Mammy Out to the Vintage Room for music you'll all know! Expect tunes from the likes of Doris Day, Etta James, Ella Fitzgerald and Amy Winehouse, among others.
Jennifer McMahon is a singer- songwriter and jazz co-op regular. Though she typically brings her original music to the co-op, this evening will be a special Mother's Day event presenting material that spans the jazz, blues and old-school soul repertoires.
Accompanying Jennifer will be Brazilian guitarist, Francisco Leite. A Dublin resident since 2019, Fransisco takes influence from bossa nova and blues which is clear in his playing style.
The pair began playing together in 2019 although this is their first outing as a duo since.
Hope to see you and your Mammy there!
