About this event
Putting The Band Back Together....
A rare treat for Dublin jazz audiences is a return of the Dr. Linley Hamilton Quintet feat. American special guests Adam Nussbaum on Drums and Mark Egan on Bass. Add to the mix the wonderful Cian Boylan on Keys and the sensational Derek "Doc" O'Connor on Sax and you can be assured of a special occasion.
For The Record is the wonderful album that came out in 2020 just as Covid was starting to shut everything down. It was the first collaboration of these five incredible musicians. How is the chance hear them perform the critically acclaimed album that received fantastic coverage in both North America and Europe.
The gig will be held in the intimate surroundings of The BelloBar in Portobello, Dublin.
The quintet will be on a small tour of Ireland before going into studio to record the next Dr. Linley Hamilton due for release in Spring 2023.
