Shy Mascot + Damola

About this event

Jack of Diamonds Productions Presents SHY MASCOT With Guest DAMOLA

Shy Mascot combines funk, jazz, and hip-hop styles to create a uniquely provocative sound. Formed by vocalist Fiadh Rua Gregg, keyboard player Eanna Ryder, bassist Keith Tobin, drummer Andy O’Farrell, and Dublin-based South Floridian rapper Jamel; this quintet weaves between melodious, ethereal spaces and deep, filthy grooves.

Irish Urban artist Damola merges various sounds, genres and cadences together around the skeleton of rap verses, coupling those with melodies and harmonies. He has released Four singles including James 4:6, WorkFlow, Glory and Snoozing and is currently working on his new EP alongside Dublin producer Jake Hurley. The young MC performes with a Live Band and is sure to bring his unique vibe to The Harbour Bar as he has previously done at Electric Picnic, Other Voices, Castlepalooza, Sunflowerfest, Hard Working Class Heroes, Canalaphonic Festival, Sofar Sounds and various venues across Dublin and Ireland at large.
