About this event
SISUCUNDA will be setting up for jam session at the East Side Tavern in conjunction with the 12 points festival. This will be an exciting night with new music and a carefully written poem just for this night that will lead the listener through the fields of emerald, a blur of original compositions and individual expressionism.
SISUCUNDA is a new and exciting band led by Otso Kasperi Mielonen (DK). The band consist of some of Ireland's finest new voices in Jazz, joining forces to play music from the songbook Emerald (2018). The music combines flamboyant virtuosity with subtle finesse, by blurring the lines between composition and improvisation.
Every performance by SISUCUNDA is an unique experience for the listener, as every concert is especially tailored for venue, by tying together the history of the past, present and future of the venue into story, which the music is based of.
