Filology and Jo Smyth at Counihan's

About this event

This Sunday, Jo Smyth MUSIC, vocals, Roberto Carrazza, piano and Cormac O'hAonghusa, double bass, will be joined by the wonderful young drummer Patrick Lynch, for an evening of Summer JaaaazzzZ!

You can expect to hear.....songs from the 'great American songbook', some latin-american, some straight-ahead swing, some bebop, some funk, some blues.....

All played with aplomb...not a plum ........ It's a bit too early for those yet.

As usual, singers and musicians can put their names on the list, to play one or two numbers with the band during the first half.

Remember that as there is no cover charge .... you have some legal tender to spend on your hydration in the warm weather. :-) :-) :-)
