About this event
Emily Jane is a Galway native who studied Jazz & Contemporary performance in DCU.
Her debut EP 'To Promenade' will be released on 27th June and to celebrate, we are throwing a boujee Sunday soiree on 29th June at Hens Teeth in Dublin 8.
'To Promenade' is a concept piece of work drawing on Emily Jane's own experience of self-reflection as she navigates letting go of looking for something in someone else, and instead discovering her own freedom.
Stream her debut single 'Run For Me'
We are so excited to celebrate by creating a relaxed afternoon of music, with a few surprises.
Emily Jane will be accompanied by her full band - what better way to spend a Sunday afternoon on Dublin Pride weekend, than treating yourself to a cocktail or two, delicious coffee, food and a full performance of Emily Jane's debut EP 'To Promenade'.
Emily Jane's influences include Erykah Badu, Nai Palm from Hiatus Kiayote and, the one and only Ella Fitzgerald.
If you like the sound of ethereal folk filtered through a contemporary jazz prism, don’t miss Emily Jane.
