About this event
TETRATONIC makes their debut album launch with ‘FRACTURES’ exclusively featuring original compositions.
Killian McKenna (saxophones)
Mark Flynn (keys)
Alex Delogu (bass)
Aaron Harbourne (drums)
‘FRACTURES’ is an entirely self-produced debut album that heavily relies on jazz improvisation and explores the diverse nature that defines jazz as a style rather than a genre, encompassing heavy grooves, modal music, jazz fusion, ambient, funk and odd meters. The album features all-live recordings, emphasising the importance of group dynamics and improvisation, using the compositions as vehicles for musical exploration by the group. The album features all original compositions by saxophonist Killian McKenna and electric bassist Alex Delogu.
