PART 1: Kenosha Kid at Anseo, Dublin

About this event

Georgia guitarist and bandleader Dan Nettles ‘Kenosha Kid’ are purveyors of a groovy blend of modern jazz meets classic US college radio.

The band enjoy a loyal following in their hometown of Athens, GA and across the south-eastern states of the US.

The melodies are haunting, grooves devastating, and the band continues to expertly serve jazz purists, indie-rock hipsters, and funk loving jam fans alike.

“The harmonic richness and rhythmic involvement come from jazz, but the sonic particulars can come from Black Sabbath, Johnny Cash, Sonny Sharrock or Elvin Jones,”
